Jan Northoff, The founder of the 3D Webdesign and Internet agency YOUin3D.com GmbH trusts his life and team work in the free agile time and project management tool called Scrum. Earlier this year (February 27) Jan Northoff got his Scrum Master certification in California by attending the Scrum training program which was held by the famous Scrum inventor Jeff Sutherland and the Scrum veterans Scott Downey and Dan Greening.

As a certified Scrum Master Jan Northoff is now officially allowed to teach how to use Scrum for private organisation or in a company. Jan invites everyone in the YOUin3D.com Headquarter to improve their time planning and team work. Go ahead and ask for a meeting.

Basically Scrum makes your team work more effective and transparent for the team - everyone knows what to do and what needs to be done to reach the goal and finish the project.
