Within the Transmediale partner events, on January 31th there will be a panel discussion "Art in Virtual Worlds". Jan Northoff, artist and designer of systems as well as one of the founder of newBERLIN will participate with a talk on art projects in the virtual city. First of all he will talk about the present project, the newBERLIN ART FESTIVAL , but also about past happenings like the participation at the Ars Electronica in Linz. WMoreover, he will inform about newBERLIN institutions for art and culture. Of course this talk is accompanied by an online tour through Second Life® on a beamer screen.
